This repository contains beginners' tutorials on geocoding & mapping (historical) spatial data. Most tutorials were created for teaching & academic workshops hosted by DigiKAR (Mainz), the DFG Island Studies Network (Tuebingen), and The Plant (Maastricht).

This is a project by students as part of the bachelor program biomedical sciences course BBS3004. The aim is to curate a pathway and network model and map gene expression data obtained from the MAGNet consortium onto the curated models.

This repository contains simple code in Python to help historians prepare data for quantitative analysis & visualization.
